This enchanting experience is designed to celebrate all things French, right here in the heart of Sydney. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll enjoy curated activities such as a small-group French Lesson (with a focus on Food and Wine), a visit to the Art Gallery of NSW, a Champagne Masterclass with canapés, and a chic dinner at an inner-city French restaurant; perhaps even followed by live jazz at Restaurant Hubert.
We’ll go in search of Sydney’s best croissants, explore the lively ‘Le Marche Francais’ in Willoughby and end with a dreamy ‘pique-nique’ in Wendy’s Secret Garden.

Effortless and organised
Touring to Tasmania with Susan is always effortless and organised. We really enjoy the program of masterclasses at Effervescence Tasmania, however this year, Susan created some bespoke activities that were better than expected. Meeting Tasmanian Winemaker Natalie Fryar at our own dinner was really interesting. I learned a lot.
Lots of fun and laughter
Had a wonderful time with the Champagne Goddess at the Tasmania Effervescence Festival. Susan provided for every occasion making it memorable. Lots of fun and laughter. A most enjoyable and worthy occasion, not to mention the Tasmanian Sparkling Wines!
