Effervescence Tasmania is Australia’s pre-eminent Sparkling Wine event held every November at Josef Chromy Winery in the Tamar Valley, near Launceston.

Featuring over 25 of Tasmania’s most elegant vintage and non-vintage cuvees, and presented by Tyson Stelzer, last year’s event hit global popularity, selling out in 48 hours in July 2018.
