Take the option to drive with Susan, departing Sydney Friday mid-afternoon in a luxury vehicle – or drive yourself to arrive for dinner in the ‘Wine Room’ at Spicer’s Guesthouse.  Depending on your arrival time, you can choose to join the group in an elegant share-menu with matching sparkling wines by Pierre’s of the Hunter Valley; or simply order from the a-la carte menu, paying your own way, according to your wishes.

Saturday morning, we will visit three to four of the most unique bio-dynamic and organic Hunter Valley wineries, and meet the passionate wine-makers committed to their craft, before relaxing over a casual lunch overlooking the vines, with glasses of sparkling wine.

Saturday afternoon, relax at the resort, or indulge in additional wine-tasting, before our elegant Champagne Degustation dinner at Muse Restaurant. Introducing the fascinating biodynamic Grower Champagnes of Champagne Vadin Plateau (Cumieres) and including several other wines to match the degustation dinner, this will be a dinner to remember.

Sunday morning, join-in an optional ‘Electric-Bike-Tour’ dropping-in to Wineries and antique shops along the ‘world-famous’ Hermitage Trail, or take in one more long-lunch before cruising back to the city at the end of a magnificent weekend.

Cost: $1,380 pp twin share  or $1,750 pp private room
