Virtual Bubbles – an online Champagne Masterclass via Zoom

Join the Champagne Goddess and an online community for ‘Virtual Bubbles’ – a cheerful conversation about your favourite bubbles. A Champagne Masterclass with a difference!

Bring your own tipple and gather together for some bubbly inspiration: Susan will share tasting notes, history and information about the champagne she’s sipping – and whichever ones you bring along!
She’ll cover off:
1. The History of the Maison
2. The specific wine-making techniques employed by the Vigneron (wine-maker), and
3. one or two other interesting facts!
Then, she’ll dive into other special champagnes or sparkling wines, as nominated by YOU, the audience.
Simply send a message if you’d like YOUR bubbles to be featured. – then sit back and enjoy the whole masterclass: together as a community: End-of-the week bubbles and connection in the Corona-era!
This event will be held 6:30pm AEST Thursday 9th April (the day before Good Friday, and the end of the working-week, if you’re working!) and then every second Friday after that: Friday 24th April; Friday 8th May 2020… and possibly until the end of June!
