We held our first Virtual Tasting Masterclass last Friday night. Featuring Champagne Pol Roger’s Special Cuvée (White Label) and Champagne Bollinger’s Brut Reserve; Susan also discussed one of the participants’ tipple: Tasmania’s House of Arras ‘A’ label sharing some history and reverence to Ed Carr, the Chief Winemaker at House of Arras.
